Product information

Ingredients include: Aqua, Kowhai, Motherwort, Totara, Grape alcohol

Please note: this product is made with natural ingredients. This can result in slight variations in between batches.

Add two drops of the essence to water and and sip. This can work beautifully for acute issues. For long-standing problems, you might need to sip from it throughout the day.

In a crisis you could take four drops from the stock bottle on the tongue. Be careful not to let the dropper touch your mouth (germs!).

You could also place it in a diffuser, use it to anoint pulse or chakra points.

*There is a small amount of grape alcohol in this remedy to act as a preservative. If you want to reduce it further, simple add the drops to hot water and the alcohol will evaporate.

Connect to Nature

ABOUT PLANT ESSENCES

Plant essences (also known as flower remedies) are a beautiful way to deepen an energetic connection to nature to enhance emotional and psychological well-being.

Brought into mainstream awareness by Dr. Edward Bach in the early 20th century, these remedies are used by many people who find they promote a sense of well-being by addressing underlying emotional states. Each flower essence is associated with a specific emotion or state of mind, such as anxiety, stress, fear, or sadness. These essences are thought to work by transferring the vibrational energy of the flower into the user, helping to restore emotional harmony.

I make the Soul Garden plant essence blends from plants and trees growing organically in my gardens. I produce our mother essences seasonally and in alignment with the lunar calendar.

*It's important to note that flower remedies should not replace professional medical treatment for serious emotional or psychological conditions.

CALL TO ACTION

ABOUT THIS ESSENCE

Love & Resilience Plant Essence is made from these plant healers

Totara

Totara is a magnificent tree with a deeply protective energy. A protector at doorways or thresholds. Totara watches out for you. Trees are Standing People and they see all around. Surveying everything. Totara reminds us there is wisdom in stillness. You can find confidence in observation. Roots deep in the earth. Head with the stars.

Motherwort

The botanical name of motherwort isLeonurus cardiaca, which meansthe lionhearted. In herbal medcine motherwort is used as a heart remedy and to support women through menopause, easing hot flushes, stress and irregular periods. We love her big hearted energy and they way she supports use through the menopause transition and on into our wise-woman years.

Kowhai

Kowhai is a plant that helps us in transitions. It can help us move from place to place, from illness to wellness, from life into death. it can help us move on and it can help us grieve. It does not change a situation, but it can help us function within it. It steps up for us when a situation in our life changes very suddenly and abruptly because it creates a quiet pause, a place of stillness in the midst of things.
