Peace & Calm Essential Oil Blend
Aromatics used to be described as medicine for the spirit. These days we know of the power of scent through aromatherapy. Peace and Calm is a carefully constructed blend of therapeutic essential oils that are known for their relaxing effect on body and mind. Vetiver is known in ayurvedic medicine as ‘the oil of tranquillity’, lavender is highly regarded for its sedative qualities, and cedar and frankincense are both beautifully aromatic and also laden with their history of use in ceremony and sacred ritual.
To use: I recommend using a steam or vapour aroma diffuser as they are safer to use than candle burners, and they are gentler on the precious essential oils. Add 4-6 drops of Peace and Calm to the water. Press ‘mist’ and let the beautiful aromatics slowly fill the room.
