I provide inspirational and soul-based coaching support to people navigating life transitions, carers, doulas, artists and entrepreneurs.

My own experience working with midlife women, end of life care, business development, communications, environmental issues, and as a writer and artist, gives me insights into the issues and opportunities that we can face in life, creativity and career.

With this background and my training as a coach and mentor, I am here to hold space for you and to support you as you explore the stuff that matters.
