Our return policy for physical products and online course purchases made online with us is very simple: if you are not happy with your product in any way, we will replace it or refund your purchase.
We cannot offer refunds for services such as energy treatments and the Astrobotanic chart work.
Please use the Contact Us tab to email us with proof of purchase details (your invoice number), and the reason you are dissatisfied.
We may request you to return unused product before processing a refund or replacement.
Please note, if you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist – and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.
Natural variation in Archeus products
Because we use only the finest natural ingredients we can source and make our products in small batches to ensure freshness, you may notice minor changes to the scent and texture of our products between orders. These are due to seasonal and other fluctuations in our ingredients and the production style of the individual maker. You can take these as sure signs of our commitment to natural and freshly made products.
Processing your order
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them. However, orders received during the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed the following business day.
If we have product in stock, delivery times are as follows. Please be aware that we handcraft all our products. If we run out, we need upto 10 days to make new stock (this is due to the traditional processes we use). Within New Zealand, standard orders take 2-3 working days to deliver to the North Island and 3-6 working days for the South Island. Please allow 1-2 extra days for Rural Delivery.
For all other countries, you can expect delivery of your products within 10-14 working days.
We use NZ Couriers or NZ Post for PO Boxes in NZ and for overseas delivery.
$6 for delivery in NZ (excluding rural and PO Boxes)
$8.70 for rural delivery and PO Boxes (sorry but we have to make a special trip to the Post Office to send to PO Boxes)
Please click the right rate into the shipping field as you go through checkout. We do not add any handling fee or additional charges to these rates.
There is free shipping on NZ orders over $50. Free shipping on international orders over $200.
We will send you an email to let you know your order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on postal transit services, natural disasters and other events out of our control.
Please ensure that the delivery address you have entered for your order is absolutely correct. We cannot change the delivery address on the order once it has been dispatched, nor can we be held responsible if you have given us incomplete details.
For international orders: Archeus delivers via international air post. We carefully package our products for overseas delivery from New Zealand, however Archeus cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in transit. We use a flat rate for postage and packaging (P&P) depending on your country of origin.
All web pricing includes tax though some countries may incur a duty tax depending on the local policies. Please note: International customers are responsible for ascertaining duty implications and payment of any duty charges applied on receipt of goods.
