I created my Content Planning One-on-One offering so you could bring those stories out into the open. Together we can capture the great ideas, the stories, profiles and information that can make your online presence sing.

Then I can create a site structure plan that meets your business needs – and your customers too.

When you purchase a session, you will receive an email from me inviting you to make a date for us to have an initial chat. This is to get acquainted and to set a date for our Content Planning Session.

On that date (much excitement!) we will have a face to face session via Zoom (upto 3 hours in duration). You can have members of your team at this meeting to help share insights into what makes your business so special. If you would like this session to be in person (COVID-19 permitting) then please let me know on our initial call.

I’m going to ask you a bundle of questions and we’ll really explore how your brand looks and feels now, the competitor landscape, your products and services and your customer needs. The session is all about your business and you and the way you are helping people or organisations in today’s world.

Then, once we’re done,  I will take all of that information and condense it into your Content Plan & Site Structure Guide. This is a big chunk of work and the outcome will provide clear recommendations as to how your business can be presented and perceived.

I’ll identify keywords for you, catch phrases, compelling stories…. all the things that will help you stand out in the crowd. You can then use this to help you write web copy, product descriptions, blogs, ads, email marketing activity, social media posts.

Or, if you still don’t feel comfortable about writing stuff – it will be a huge help for someone who can write it for you.

Then there is the Site Structure component. In this I provide recommendations as how to construct your site and arrange your content in a way that is easy to navigate for your customers and visitors to your site. If you go on to work with  my fab techie partners, Trafik, you’ll give this Content Plan document to them so that they can take things from there. You could also use with other experts that may help you along the way such as PR people, social media gurus etc.
