ABOUT

Georgina Langdale

Author | Coach | Ecotherapist | Artist

Welcome,

I love helping people develop their own potential, find resilience and inspiration through a deeper connection to nature, and show up for others and this world with compassion and care for the things that make our soul sing.

My professional background has included establishing my own award-winning business Archeus (est.2013) which develops and makes natural skincare and remedies to support wellbeing in midlife and beyond. Prior to that my experience includes running a cultural communications agency in London delivering campaigns for major arts organisations, artists and events across the UK; working in fundraising; working for the United Nations on The Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity (TEEB) study and green economy initiatives; working for the Royal Botanic Gardens of Kew; and in international trade development; and television, print and radio.

As a woman in my fifties, I have found that over the past decade much of my work has focused on supporting people in life, not just career. My work helps people navigate life transitions including menopause, health and relationship changes, career changes, ageing and the end of life. The experience of grief, loss and natural disaster means I am also focusing on helping people find resilience in this changing world. My business Archeus, and my coaching and mentoring practice are both inspired by our connections to nature.

While built on a solid understanding of the demands placed on people working in caring, corporate, arts and conservation sectors, my coaching and mentoring work now also weaves compassionate and contemplative care, ecotherapy and spiritual accompaniment into the mix. This acts as a catalyst for putting ‘soul’ into life and work.

Running a small business means one develops a high level of self-sufficiency, and I have become highly skilled in developing websites and tech ecosystems for myself, but now also for other coaches, course creators, and ecommerce innovators.

I have developed and run training in a range of areas including building an eco-business, ecosystem services, sustainability, compassionate care. Over the past decade or so, my professional development includes training in coaching, end of life care, and menopause health. In July 2024, I will graduate in spiritual accompaniment with the Onespirit Interfaith Foundation UK.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Chartered Institute of Fundraising (UK), and the Climate Coaching Alliance.

I live in New Zealand with my husband and our much loved dog Bonnie.

If you think this feels like a good fit with your world view and you’d like to explore how I might help you, let’s connect.
